Badges are a cosmetic item that contestants can display on their player card, they can be earned through lifetime statistics and seasonal Sponsorships. Badges were first introduced in Season 3 to represent World Tour progress, and the system was expanded upon with the launch of Season 4, being continually updated with new badges every season to match sponsors and ranks in World Tour, Ranked Tournament, and Quickplay gamemodes.

Progression
After account level 70, players will receive a silver badge displaying their current player level, up to level 100 (The current maxium account level), where players will instead recieve a gold version of the badge. Badges for previous levels are deleted after obtaining a new one. (e.g. Reaching level 78 will replace your level 77 badge, rather than allowing you both.) However, their worth is disputed due to account level already being visible on the player card in the top right corner.
